I needed Mike for a home inspection. Called him on Monday night, needed him by Wednesday. He was there and ready. Did a full inspection on a home I was looking to purchase. He was very professional, he let me follow him around and ask questions. He answered all of them, while still doing his job. Gave me all the information I needed, as well as tips and opinions. I own a co-op and noticed some structural damage to the owners building. Michael came into my home and inspected the damage that the owner claimed to be safe. Michael found that the structure was not good and now the owners must fix it to make it safe to live in. Thank you Michael!

Michael was very professional. He accommodated my schedule to do an immediate inspection. His report was much more than I expected. The inspection in included the exterior (including the roof) of the house as well as the interior (including the attic), garage, and basement. Report even came with termite inspection.. I was a bit skeptical to hire this company because they are fairly new to the business and there have not been many reviews. I am so happy that I went with MCG Home Inspection. My guess is that once people find out how professional and comprehensive the reports provided by MCG Home Inspection are, you won't be able to get an appointment very easily. I was able to use his report with the negotiation of the home purchase price as well as insuring the house.
